What “estimated handover” means
The tower is an off-plan purchase: you buy before it is finished, and the date is an estimate that construction progress can move. Ask for the milestone schedule in writing, so that you can see where the building is against the plan.
How payment follows the building
- Installment: paid directly to the developer.
- Progress payment: tied to construction milestones.
- KPA (bank mortgage): financed by a bank.
Cash payment in full is not offered.
Why people choose early
A wider choice of floors and orientations is simply easier early. The level you pick sets your price zone (Low Zone floors 6–25 from IDR 71 million per m² excluding VAT) and your view: north to Thamrin and Monas, east to Menteng and Kuningan, south to SCBD and Sudirman, west to Senayan and GBK.

- Visit the marketing gallery on Jl. Jend. Sudirman Kav. 2, by appointment, and stand where your floor will be.
- Decide whether you want a semi-furnished 2–4BR home, or a penthouse delivered bare for your own designer.
- Compare the views of the Low, Mid and High zones before you commit to one.
